Oysters

Oysters contain zinc which is important for reproductive function and sperm health. Having a zinc deficiency can lead to several issues including impotence and delayed sexual maturation. Be careful if you take supplements because you want to avoid taking too much. You can also find zinc in beans, poultry, nuts, and other shellfish.

Extra virgin olive oil has many health benefits including reducing your risk of cancer and heart disease and may also improve male reproductive health. It has been suggested to boost hormones that promote testicles to produce testosterone.
