Most crackers are high in carbs and sodium and low in fiber. These can be twice as bad because they go perfect with dips, cheese, and guacamole so you just keep eating them.

These are portion controlled but low in nutrients and fiber. They also contain white flour and sugar, so they don’t help control blood sugar.
